Fluffy Pudding Frosting

1 c cold milk
1 (3 1/2 oz) pkg instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c Cool Whip

With a whisk beat the pudding, sugar, & milk together in a bowl.  Fold in the Cool Whip.  Keep this in the refrigerator until ready to use.  Eat immediately after frosting.
